Shipping Policy
Delivery Costs
- Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50
- Orders under £50 (up to 30kg) are charged at a flat rate of £3.99
- Our standard courier is DHL
Shipping costs (where applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
UK Orders
- Typically delivered within 3–5 working days
- Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday (7:30am – 6:30pm)
International Orders
- Estimated delivery: 1–4 weeks
- Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Delivery Notes
- Deliveries to Highlands, Islands, and rural postcodes may take longer (up to 7 working days or more)
- All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier capacity and external factors
External Print Fulfilment
Some print editions are produced and shipped by external fulfilment partners.
- Shipping rates for these items may differ from our standard rates
- These costs are set by the fulfilment provider and are shown clearly at checkout
- These charges are outside of our control
Customs & International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are:
- Set by your local customs authority
- The responsibility of the customer
If customs charges are refused and the item is returned to us, we will refund the item value minus original shipping costs once received back.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing

Delivery Process
- You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched
- Couriers may attempt delivery up to three times
- If unavailable, parcels may be left with a neighbour or taken to a local depot
- Instructions will be provided by the courier where applicable
You may receive a delivery notification (email or SMS) from the courier with your delivery window.
Delivery Issues
If your order:
- Has not arrived within the expected timeframe
- Arrives damaged
- Is incorrect

Multiple Items & Pre-Orders
- Orders containing pre-order items may be dispatched separately
- If you would like items shipped separately, please contact us after placing your order
- Tracking details will be provided for each shipment
Seasonal / Holiday Shipping
During peak periods (e.g. Christmas), delivery times may be longer.
- We recommend ordering early to avoid delays
- Any seasonal cut-off dates will be clearly communicated on our website
